Delete it in the app
- Open the Rehnuma app and go to More.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
You are signed out on every phone straight away.
What is removed
- Your login, name, email address and phone number.
- Your link to your children in the app, and the phones registered for notifications.
What the school keeps
Your child's records belong to their school — attendance, fees, results and reports stay with the school, because it needs them to run. Messages you sent stay in the school's records without your name. To have your child's records changed or removed, contact the school, which controls them (see our Privacy Policy).
This cannot be undone. To use the app again, the school will need to invite you.
Can't open the app?
Email saudsadiq54@gmail.com from the address you sign in with, or with the phone number the school has for you, and we will delete the account for you. We may ask you to confirm it is you.
School staff (owners, teachers, admins): your account is part of your school's records — ask your school owner to remove it.
